We work hard to make sure that all items are sent out in full working order and of the highest quality. However, if you are not happy with the items you have received, you have the option to return your order within 28 days. Please follow the steps below to return your item:

  1. Should you choose to return your goods, you will need to contact our Support team on +44 (0)1451 830083 or via

  2. In the event of goods being returned, you will be issued with a returns form to send back with the goods. Unfortunately goods cannot be accepted without this form.

  3. Goods returned after 7 days will be subject to a handling charge, and goods cannot be returned if a request is received after 28 days from delivery. Please note, if you are ordering a non-stocked item and/or additional stock that we have obtained specifically for your order, then a cancellation or return will not be accepted.

  4. Goods for collection from a UK address will be collected within 2-3 working days of the return request. If goods are not ready to be collected upon the carrier’s arrival, customers will then be responsible to return the goods to us undamaged. Unfortunately, we can no longer offer a collection service from addresses outside of the UK. If you would like to return your goods, delivery to Harrison's distribution hub in the UK will need to be arranged at the buyers cost.

  5. All goods should be returned in a reasonable condition, in their original packaging and in a strong corrugated cardboard carton for protection during transit.

  6. If a credit is required, this will be issued when the goods have been received into our warehouse.
