Meeting our Clients’ needs through a bespoke design process
In a recent project, a client expressed their need for a gripper component to attach in-store display boards from tubular steel tubes.
A standard gripper on the market would usually serve this purpose, although this design can lead to boards falling out the component when knocked in-store by passing shoppers or trolleys, reducing the life time and increasing costs. In light of this, the client approached Harrison seeking a solution for overcoming this issue.
A True Solution
Using our expertise and knowledge of POS componentry, Harrison successfully met the brief given by our client, designing and producing a gripper that would firmly attach to the tubular display with integral anti-slip beading. A flexible strip between the pole and gripper section was incorporated, so when the board was unintentionally moved it would then spring back in position again.
This solution has extended the product life of the display board’s contributing to an overall more cost effective POS campaign.
